Limits and known behaviour

#Known behaviour
- A just-remembered fact isn’t recallable until its job completes, usually seconds later.
- Some clients cache the tool list; restart the client after changing enabled tools.
- Models may skip recall unless instructed; add a line to your client’s instructions.
- Clients without remote-server support need a local bridge; check your client’s documentation.
