Client shows no tools	Wrong URL or transport	Use the `/mcp` URL and HTTP transport
401 on every call	Token missing, expired or revoked	Re-create the token; check header syntax
recall returns nothing	Job not completed, or memory private to another identity	Check `memory_status`; check visibility
forget fails	Tool disabled or record authored by someone else	Enable for the token or delete via API
429 errors	Project rate limit shared with your backend	Spread load or move to a higher plan

#Check the token directly

Rule out the client by calling the server yourself. A successful tools/list returns the enabled tools.
